Kevin Cargon
Born in Brooklyn, NY to Salvadoran immigrants, Kevin Cargon is a visionary entrepreneur and founder of Cargon Realty. Holding a BA in Mathematics from St. John's University, Kevin kick-started his real estate career by selling a $4.2M property in Harlem before graduating college. After four successful years in the field, closing $40M in deals and securing another $32M in active listings, he realized that tech platforms held more influence over real estate than brokerages themselves. This insight led Kevin to explore the Silicon Valley startup scene as a consultant. Determined to revolutionize the industry, Kevin established Cargon Realty in 2020. By the age of 28, he had already achieved financial freedom through his strategic real estate investments. When not busy transforming the real estate world, Kevin enjoys listening to music, running, and cherishing moments with his family.
Clay Swanson
Clay, a results-driven sales professional and co-founder of Cargon Realty, is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Originally from Northern California, Clay sharpened his sales skills while working in the wine and spirits industry. In 2020, he relocated to New York and swiftly adapted to the fast-paced world of commercial real estate. With a background in hospitality, Clay possesses a natural ability to forge strong relationships with clients, offering personalized solutions that exceed their expectations. He holds a BS degree from UC Santa Barbara, providing him with a robust foundation in analytical skills and critical thinking. Outside of work, Clay enjoys playing basketball and showcasing his bartending expertise.
