Kevin Cargon

Born in Brooklyn, NY to Salvadoran parents who instilled in him a strong work ethic and vision. Kevin Cargon is a visionary entrepreneur and founder of Cargon Realty. With a BA in Mathematics from St. John’s University under his belt, Kevin’s entrance into the real estate domain was marked by selling a $4.2M property in Harlem prior to his college graduation. After amassing a solid four years in the industry, translating to $40M in deals and another $32M in active listings, Kevin discerned the paramount role of tech platforms in real estate, eclipsing the traditional brokerages. This insight steered him into the dynamic realm of Silicon Valley startups as a consultant. With a drive to redefine the sector, Kevin launched Cargon Realty in 2020. By the age of 28, he had already secured financial independence through his strategic real estate forays. Beyond his professional endeavors, Kevin is fervently dedicated to learning, creating, and building inclusive systems rooted in first principles.
